show some pics if you can. I'ed like to see your setup. I also have made my own. I used 1/4 round 6061 aluminum.

I bent mine to 30 deg 1.5 inches from one end . Used a swage lock tubing bender that made a 3/4 in radius. Works slick after several test runs I have almost no scraches on the bottom.

You have to heat them. I dont know how though.
