Spin your tire 1 complete revolution. Watch the pinion while your turning the wheel and count the turns it makes. If it turns 3 times to 1 time of the tire.....3:1 ratio  3 1/2 turns to 1 turn on the tire.....3.5:1 |

The ring gear is 38T and the pinion is 13T. That is straight out of the instruction manual.
