| DH-1 AX-10 tuber
well put a rig together for my wife, used one of the chassis that I've had laying arround and her AX-10 Scorpion. Specs: DH-1 tuber rooster crawler ESC HS645 servo Losi 2.4 DSM TX and RX modified AX-10 links RPP upper link mounts (modded rear) got some rock claws just have to go get them from crawls2thewalls I think that's about it and here are a couple for all you guys who post pics of your rig on the side tires standing there....this was totaly by luck my wife was running and I looked over at what she was laughing at and had to take some pics...guess that's one way to find the "vertical ballance point"...LOL told here I'd give her a hundred bucks if she could do it again...LOL... I like it alot man. Especially the color. Not a very common shade on here it seems. That chassis is killer. Looks like a Hilux that ran into a pile of tubing.

Thanks the color is actualy more on the green side than the way it looks in the pics was going for a "collor of $$" thing....LOL.... and I forgot to mention that those are Traxxas big bore shocks, I'm still working out the right combo for the springs. all the other running gear is from the Scorpion |

Nice. I'm digging the look of that tuber. It's nice to see something different than the moonbuggy style. Nice job. |

I like it alot! What did you do for the links? How are they modded and where did you get the tube chassis from? Almost perfect for a truggy if you wanted! |

yea you can get the chassis thru RPP Hobby here's a link to the thread here DH Offroad DH1 Tuber Ready for Sale Limited Supply the only diffrence is I'm not running the "fender pannels". as for the links well I had to shorten the lowers and make the uppers longer. I just used the stock green 6mm spacers to "extend" the uppers with a longer set screw to hold the rod end to the link. and yea getting the wife into it is cool, now she can't complain too much about the $$ since it's her too....LOL... and once again thanks for the compliments |
