Default CKRC Shocks Problem

I just put a set of the CKRC threaded aluminum 120mm shocks on my AX10 and the tubing for the top shock mount and the spherical bottom mount seem to be too wide. I was able to sqeeze the bottoms in fairly easily but the tops are even wider. I eventually got them in but they are so tight they seem to bind. Does anyone have pics of these shocks mounted or know what to do to solve this? Thanks.

Isn't it just fuel tubing? If so cut it narrower.

You can replace the bott with the stock axial rod end. Fuel line on the other or a narrower spacer. Whatever works in your app.

I figured the tubing it came with was to limit the travel of the shock internally. The aluminum upper mounts that they came with are the ones that are too wide. I suppose I could use the tubing instead though. Anyone else tried these shocks?
