Default Stormtrooper

So I finally got some picks of my rig and thought I would throw a few up.

Stats:
Axial Axles, tranny, wheels.
Integy 45 Lathe
Airtronics 94368 (Hitech is sent to them to fix a slow left rotation)
Pro Line Moabs
Intellispeed Mod ESC (Researching my options so I can get some breaking)
JR XS3 Pro
Blackjack chassis and custom links

Finally got my camera here so I should be able to toss some other pics up soon.

I swapped chassis and had a bit of time on my hands and was trying to think of a paint scheme when I found an old pic of my Viking paintball gun I used to rock. I loved the Stromtrooper look then and thought it might carry over to this pretty well.

Any thoughts and comments would be great.

Pics are from a comp here in Vegas with the Sin City gang.

Thanks

Looks great! I love the white/black colors. Definitely need some "studio" shots and some body off shots.

That thing is really low, looks like everything is below the tops of the tires.

Thanks! The droop and Blackjack do work out for a low ride. Pretty big change from the tallish Scorpion set-up.

I really like it, thanks Franky and Diesel for all the help!

On to more pics, sorry for my limited photo editing skills.

Very sweet! Super low and wide. You should think of a split battery pack on the front axle instead of the one you have on the upper links. Love that bright waite though.

Now that's a lowrider!
I can't wait for RCP start selling these.
BTW it's nice to see something other than green on an AX10.

Very sick. Very clean, and perfect use. The only thing I would say to use is black braided servo wire covers. That way its beyond perfect

Its funny, When I read the title, I thought I was on paintball forum I mod for... Stormtrooper anodizing configuration was popular for awhile, and sold great.

Mnster: The front tires pass the hood by about 1/4 inch. Works pretty decent trying to get a bite if I roll it.

J2SC: I had the split cells for a bit, then I got the new servo/batt tray for the front axle. (Thanks a ton TCS for it and the few other things I have from ya so far) I dropped the new plate to center the servo again and eventually I will change the 2/3A's out for a Lipo, so I am just dealing with it for now.

ThinkTank: Thanks alot! If I heard correct RCP should have more soon. I didn't dislike the green at all, but when I got my Blackjack it had no finish at all. So I took that and the new plain stainless links into consideration and thus the Stormtrooper idea evolved.

Diesel: My Stormtroopered Viking I used to have is what made me want to try this. I like the black wire cover idea, thanks for that. I think I may have to try and pick some up in the next few days.

Thank you all for the kind words and ideas!

Schweet to hear that RCP is going to be selling the Blackjack, always liked it from the first time I saw it!

Is it the Axial battery/servo mount tray or a TCS design?

Are those 2mm or 2-56 button-head screws on the bead-locks? What length did you use?

Thanks Nate.

It is the Axial servo/batt plate. It worked pretty well when I was runnin the stock chassis.

I picked up the bead lock screws from TCS also then just matched them at work to get the other 24 since it didn't register that one package would either do 2 wheels complete or just the outter rings on all 4.

Kid: RCP should hopefuly have some of the Blackjack chassis soon. Not sure on price.
