Default Total NEWBIE to RC stuff and new Axial

Just thought I'd drop in and get started on this site. I think there's a couple members I know from other offroad sites on here. But when it comes to this RC stuff I'm completely lost.

This site has some great info and I'm reading up on the Axial I got for Christmas. I'm sure it's been covered 1000 times but I'm looking for what I might need to get this thing going. I got just the bare bones so no radio, motor, or esc. I'm also really looking into doing a rear steer setup and am really lost on that.

This is just a toy. I don't need it for any competition, just something to have fun with on my down time at work. Any good tips right out of the gate or any definite threads I should read

Thanks for any input

This thread that is sticky'd up at the top of the forum would be a good start. Rear stear will be elsewhere though.

scorpion Ax10 REQUIRES!!!

Otherwise, figure out how much you want to invest into your crawler and go from there.
