Default On 'The Edge'

The new project arrived yesterday, so my ax was hastilly stripped to donate the parts. Had a quick run around the house, (dark and rain outside). Don't know yet whether this will be comp worthy. CoG is quite high. Will probably require a fair bit of wheel weights. We shall see.
Have decided on Red Bull graphics for the bodywork. Either blue/silver or KTM racing orange/black.
What do ya think?

Specs as follows; (these could change).

Axial AX-10 doner.
TCS 'The Edge' chassis.
TCS skid.
TCS Delrin split battery mounts.
TCS Delrin/aluminium upper link/servo mounts.
RCP rear straight axle adapters.
RC4WD aluminium knuckles.
RC4WD aluminium c's.
Stock upper links with 6mm spacers all round.
Axial bent lower links on rear, stock front lowers bent, (slightly).
Losi Rock Claws.
Maxx big bore shocks, Losi white front springs and red rear. 40wt oil all round.
Integy Pro Matrix 45T motor.
M-Tronics Viper SSR ESC.
Hi-Tec HS 645MG servo.
Hi-Tec HFS-03MT rx.
8 cell 1400mah 2/3a split battery pack.
Deans connectors.
Stock gearing.

Pics...

And against the comp rig..

Looks good You should try to mount your receiver a little lower so when you have panels on it, its not sticking out above them.

Yeah, I did. A bit less than half. It's just a mock-up at the moment to see what fits etc.

looks great, do you get glitching by having all your electronics so close ?

Ok. Got round to spraying the panels on this one. Not happy with the results though. I wanted the orange brighter like my KTM mx'er. My fault for backing it with black. Oh well...done now. Links and wheels will be finished in orange too. Still need to get the suspension properly dialed in. It's certainly better with some sag on the front end. More to come...
