i want to make my ridgecrest scale by adding a winch bumper but idk how to connect it to the truck. should i connect it to the body since the chassis is to far back and also would the honcho body fit on it?

You'd have to fab up some sort of frame extension to make a "bumper mount" for the winch. Same goes for the honcho body, you'd need to get a lil creative with the body mount locations. I'm sure it can be done. |

For the winch i have no idea, but im mounting a Proline 73 CGR bronco body on my ridge and i modified the rear body post, cut off the crossbraces between them and shortend them up and redrilled the clip holes, the wheelbase is the same on the honcho body and the ridge so once you modify those rear body posts you should be good to go. Oh the front you will just need to redrill some new holes since the scx10 dont match! |
