There's a number of threads in the AX10 section where they've used AR60 axle sets. Plus a number of vendors in the vendors section that supply parts that are AR60 related.

You can use the ar60 axles anyway you want jus a matter of setting up ur links and shocks. There's several chassis that will support the ar60 axels. Jus depends on the look ur goin for.

might be cheaper to try and pick up a used set of axles and go from there. by the time you get to what is considered a compable 2.2s rig almost everything but the axles will have been replaced. rtr they are good crawlers and decent low speed bashers. but I've found that by taking it to comps, that it just can't handle the courses ment to challenge comp rigs. main problem I've found was the belly, it would get hung up on damn near everything, the other rigs, crawled right up over the things with little to no problems. |

From the sounds of what your wanting I would second finding either a good set of ar60s and find the chassis you want and custom build it. Ur gonna have a lot of left over parts from a rtr crest but u could always try and sell or trade on here to coop some money back. My advise before buying a rtr get a star on here and check out the classifieds for a set off axles and see if you can find a chassis and price them both out. I see sets of axles on here everyday for around 100-150 depending on what they got on them

I jus traded my stock axles for some goodies or else I'd hook you up for a good price.
