Default What Else Can I Do To My Ridgecrest?

Hello everyone. I bought my Ridgecrest about 2 months ago and Im not sure what else I can do to it. Here is a quick video of me crawling around with it. I have just put on the Pit Bull Rock Beast ll tires with Proline 2 stage memory foam, let me tell you they are amazing I have put a LOT of time and money into this thing and I love it. Best RC I have ever owned. Please take a few minutes and watch my video, and If you feel like it hit the Subscribe button.

Surf through the threads here...there are so many changes to help your rig perform better, just gotta read a bit. Myself and "gravebane" have several started mod threads with links here . Lots of great information!

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the addiction!

Neither one worked. When you link facebook, you have to use the link posted beside the picture not at the top of the page.

Read through this thread and see if you can find anything useful...

you dont need driveshafts untill you get a very powerful motor. I'd say links to help the truck glide on obstacles, better steering servo with a castle creations BEC, eventually aluminum c-hubs and knuckles when you break yours and a good set of front axles, like the vanquish CVDs. They are awesome and will add about 20 degrees of useable steering, which helps a lot. softer springs, like the purple ones from axial is good enough for all the crawling I do while still being stiff enough to keep the body from leaning too much on high speed runs(they do not limit travel like the stock ones do).

Did you read the video description? I meant to ask what else can I do to it other than what I have already on it. In the video you can clearly see all the upgrades at the beginning of the video. I posted this right after the video also the same day I put in the 32P gears. So to clarify what else can I do to it with all the stuf I have already done?

you really have most of it covered. as far as a dig goes i think they are worth it. i have yet to put one in but ran a buddies rig with dig and the lines you can crawl with them is insane. another upgrade that you could look into is steel gears in the tranny. and like mentioned before maybe some aftermarket driveshafts. but to be honest if you happy with what you have then your set up good.
