Binding help

So this is a brand new AX10 Deadbolt that I put Integy CVDs in and STRC knuckles before it ever even touched the ground. I know Integy isn't the best but I wouldn't think that there is much that could go wrong with the CVD other than durability. Anyway, it binds up when you turn the steering past 50% lock each way. I tried it with the tires off and it still binds as well. I lubed the CVDs and no better. Any ideas? Click the link for a video.

Re: Binding help

reset your end points on the steering

Re: Binding help

Using that logic then I would have to give up about 50% of the steering. Nope, that's not it...

Send the integy parts back? Just a thought. ;)

Re: Binding help

Its not only durability, its working angle and your epa's are exceeding it. Sounds like either limiting the steering or getting some different shafts is the ticket...

Yep, that's exactly it.
Your servo is pushing those CVD's past the usable limit. Either turn down the end points or get universals.

I'm taking the Integy crap out of it. I got them so I would have more steering not less, so turning the EPA down is counter-productive to what I am trying to do. Thanks for the replies...

Re: Binding help

That is a pretty good amount of steering. also are you gonna be running that fast when you turn?
They work ok, But honestly turning down the ST/rate a touch will help.
