Got the g6 body painted and mounted up. I never thought I would like crawlers so much. Thanks for all the advice from everyone

Very nice!

been tihnking of going for a jeep look on my ax10 as well. The base of that body is the same as the wraith poison spyder right?

Does the front wheels rub much on the body? I find the deadbolt body a tad too wide which make the front tires rub. The jeep body might be narrower?

Maybe i should try a mock up with the wraith body I have.

We hVent ran it yet with that body, it is the axial g6 body, very similar to the deadbolt. I got the idea from VTHokie, he can probably speak better about rubbing issues. But thanks to you both for your advice. I'll be sharing my ridgecrest soon, got my beeftubes, and a body on the way for it, and it has the usual VP stuff as this one

Do you mind post some flex shots? I would like to see how close the tires are.
I rather avoid hacking up the deadbolt body If I can avoid it.

It doesn't rub too bad. The front fender flares catch sometimes but they can be cut off when your cutting the body.

The Wraith body will not work because there is no interior. The G6 body has molded interior just like the stock Deadbolt body and uses the exact same cage.

There's some flex shots on my thread:

The poison spyder is cut from the same body. They remove the molded interior and adds a wraith roof. AXA04038

I can just place the ps body on the ax10 to get an idea on how it will work.
Did cut the fenders on that one due to the rub.
