Default SWX "Blue inside" build

Been planning and buying parts for a build for some time, so here we go.

SWX bender chassis
Wraith axles
STRC aluminum Chubs, knuckles, covers, diff holder, sterring, rear truss, bent links
Beef tubes front and rear
GPM wraith transmission case

These links wont work without shortening them so I have been working on my own.

Got my Dlux trusses in the mail the other day, and some 8/32 all thread and some Traxxas 5525 rod ends. Thanks again Eric, these trusses are sweet. Very easy to build as well.

Got my original Losi XXXT shocks and mocked them up in the front and got some new gear in the mail. Knuckle weight holders from RCbros, and an ultimate wraith motor plate from supershafty.com. Both are very nice, ill get a pic of them installed tomorrow.

Looks good I like it! Where did you get that chassis? My stock plastic one is starting to deform lol

The chassis came from RC-RECYCLER.COM - Remote Control Cars & Parts, they get new stuff in all the time.

Got some work done. My HB Rover White dots and my RcBro's AX10 battery plate showed up. None of the screw holes line up for the battery plate in front since i ditched the stock truss and went with the Dlux fab front truss. So i mounted out back, not sure if ill use it. Looks good tho.

Got my servo and ESC mocked up. I mounted the stock wraith servo plate vertically to the back of the Dlux truss servo mounts and then strapped my ESC to it. Not sure if Ill use the 1060WP or not, I have a new MMP in the box. Still need to order a servo. Sorry for the blurry pics.

I had an idea. I really wanted to mount my battery up front so i went on a scavenger hunt in my garage.
I mounted servo mounts to the front of the truss.

What do you think of my battery plate? Too big, too tall? I need to weigh it.

Looks good. I still like those SWX chassis. What wheelbase does that come out to?

Hi, your Rig Looks like it's coming together nicely, just one question, why a Wraith gearbox???? I live in Germany and most all the shafty Guy's run homemade gearbox's made outta XR 10 gearboxs and that brass weight up that high might not help your sidehilling, but trying it out don't cost anything or?? Good Luck with your Build!!!!!

they have one up now for 53, for that price you might as well just get a more modern chassis. The unstuck from krazed builds is only 60
