axle housing upgrades? Thoughts? Help

Hi all, I don't think you guys know this funny story, my ax10 deadbolt fell through some thin ice, in my lake, and it sank, I was able to recover it, the esc had water in it, the battery was nearly drained (yes it was a lipo) the servo was full of water, all that I lost was really tire foams! Anywho, I had a question, my next set of upgrades was going to be either vanquish ar60's or I just found Boom racing Phat axles ar60s in steel, which one is better? The vanquish is $80/housing while the Phat axle is $45/housing. I think steel is better but are they good? My next upgrades were going to be HOT racing alloy trusses and metal axle gears, and MIP's and then I would have a bullet proof ax10 deadbolt. Currently it looks sweet.

Grr well I assume they are good as they are out of stock, any idea when they will be available?

Thoughts on this question/matter would be appreciated!

I love my boom phatties the weight of the axle plants the rig on any terrain I've used a few different aluminum versions of the ar60 and I like the booms way better and steel glides across the rocks were aluminum gouges and hangs up I got the gray diff cover and the gray blends nicely with the natural color of the steel I would like to see them loose the fill and drain holes on the diff cover as the catch on obsticles every now and again

I would also get some pinnion shims to as one of my phatties has a bit more play than a brand new axial housing not a big deal as the plastic weres out fast and ends up with more slop the steel won't were so its a one time deal
