Default Xtra speed steel axle housings?

Hi all, this is the same dingus that sank and retrieved his ax10 deadbolt hah, I was driving around in winter when the lake that I live on was partly frozen, and I guess there was a thin spot, and it fell through, all I lost was a battery lol, esc not waterproof, nothing else was haha...

Well the real question is, since boom racing's Phat ar60 axles are like permanently out of stock, how are the Xtra speed metal ar60 axle housings? They are cheap compared to vanquish ones... And they are steel. Any thoughts?

Well the rig is as it is: Sensorless 3s powered bl system(hobbyking 100amp bl esc, actually has drag brake and start force tun-ability among many other things, no sensor port) and a CYW-3650 3300kb motor running on 3s with stock 20/87 gearing, it works a treat Plenty of low end control combo was only $60... It has a savox 1230 sg servo, HR servo mount kit, STRC front link set, custom homemade lower links, RR steel center gears, HR white 2.2" steelies beadlocks, PL super swampers tsl's with no foams, an orange PL 1992 Jeep grand Cherokee body, still stock driveshafts and stock axle internals and traxxas big bores with the cap mod..

Thanks

My brother and I both have the Xtraspeed AR60 metal axle housings on our Bomber and Wraith. I wrote a review in the Wraith section. They are not steel. Very happy with them so far.

Also, there's no such thing as a 1992 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The GC came out as a '93 model. Just sayin'.

Thanks guys, and also, any way to make custom steel body mounts? I keep breaking them... Also thinking about buying the Hot racing LCG alum chassis I also bought a nice thick alloy orange front diff cover, it looks sweet from Hot Racing, it isn't that crappy punched aluminium.
Well lol it is a 1992 pro line body, that is what is says lol Not trying to be a smart ass
