Default Toed out

Is it normal for the front tires to be slightly towed out? I just bought a new rtr axial jeep jk a few weeks ago and it was like that out of the box. Nothing seems to be bent or off and the steering works fine. And another guy brought up the possibility of the steering bar being too short. But I would think if that was the case it would be towed in at the front of the tires and not the top. Thanks for any help.

Toe out gives you better cornering, toe in better stability at high speed. So it is just right for the purpose I guess
