Finally some updates In order to mount the Stealth X trans,-I needed a new skid, and with the links already made for SuDuOne trans,-the choice was given Blank SuDuOne FL skid drilled and "milled" for Stealth bolt pattern. : |

Even though it was a bit cold and not much grip, I did some testing today. So much better with the extra over drive from the Stealth X . : |

Beautiful pictures Interesting move on the transmission. Are the axles over driven at all, or are you relying on the transmission only? |

Front axle is over driven,-but I find the 27/8 to 30/8 ratio difference to be too small. Much better now with the added 11,83 % overdrive in the transmission .

Agreed. 27/8 = 3.375 30/8 = 3.75 I have one of these transmissions on order to give it try. I have found that I prefer to keep the axles geared as low as possible and do the over driving in the transfer case or transmission. We have a few trucks set up with the Dlux fab cheezeburger or the RC4WD over/under transfer case that allow for this.

Any body off shots? Curious how you hooked the sway bar up. |

| Re: Jens’ custom UnStuck TransOne Enigma sportsman. I recycled some brackets originally made for the Sucker Punch chassis. And the swaybar links are mounted to the axle with help from some HR Losi night crawler lower link mounts. This is what I had at hand when I wanted to test with a swaybar. . |

I like the out of the box thinking. What do you think are the pros and cons of the rear sway bar? Ive thought about one for years and seen some use them but never drove one. |

I like to run very soft suspension with a a fair amount of droop,-so my experience is that the sway bar improves the stability But the the torsion bar I run is not stiff,-on my SuduOne,I ended up with 1,2 mm piano wire after testing. The stiffnes must somehow match the weight of the rig,-there is a balance before it "overtakes" the dampers making the rig more unpredictable,-if you know what I mean Do not see many drivers running sway bar,-but it works well for my driving style .
