The number of Axial Capra is AXI03004. The only hit is this website . Thank you @altd896 It look like a updated mini Bomber with more crawling and less speed in mind. The price translate around that of the new 1.9 Wraith RTR, or the Bomber kit. |

Also very interesting decision to launch it first as a KIT . That makes me happy.

Wheels look like an evolution of the Vaterra Ascender one piece plastic glue ons. But the Capra ones are 3 piece licensed bead locks. It’s pictured with proline Hyrax tyres but the Modelflight info states kit has wheels only, no tyres. Damn RC crawlers are expensive here! |

| Re: The unofficial official axial portal buggy. EDIT: Regarding the Mamba Micro X being considered for use in the Capra - please see the linked post below - no longer recommended because of the overall gearing of the vehicle - Apologies!: The unofficial official axial portal buggy. Nicely done, Horizon... If the plastics are indeed improved, this looks very good indeed! Interesting links with holes for easy rod-end installation, 4lb weight, 12.5" wheelbase, 8.75" track width, Internal Gear Ratio 5.14:1 and Final Drive Ratio 37:1... Be a great candidate for a Micro Mamba X and HH Stubby or Revolver build. (I just happen to have that ESC and motor - specifically a PP 2700kv - laying around, new!) This might need my LURC Trail Readys and TSL Thornbirds installed, too. Last edited by durok; 10-06-2019 at 06:09 PM. |

Love the receiver/ESC mount, hate the shorty pack limitation. Ah, well - I think it may be a nice enough rig to deserve it's own battery packs. 6-bolt ring and pinion! Included light bar! Hidden body clips! |
