They are nicely machined parts but the price isn't outrageous.

No they aren’t. In fact I bought them. What I was saying was I wasn’t feeling like dropping more money on compatible 2.2 wheels just to run them. Then I woke up to a long winded explanation on custom parts and the the cost to make them. Which is hugely humorous to me because besides this hobby I also collect custom EDC items. They clear stock wheels so I'm not sure what kind of wheel you're running that can't clear.

| Re: Krazed Builds Alcista I'm not trying to cause an argument. Your post stated, "Wish I could run these but don’t really feel like dropping more coin on compatible wheels." This was, obviously, in response to Robbob's posting of pre-orders going 'live'. In his post, he mentions several things, one of which was that the portal fit any 2.2 wheels (but no mention, at that point, of them fitting 1.9 wheels). Thus, based on that, combined with your comment, it could have been safe to assume that you are running 1.9s, and didn't want to purchase 2.2s. I didn't "misread" anything...I went off the info you provided. Plus, based on your most recent post, that would confirm that my assumption was correct ~ More peace, love, laughter & kindness would make the world a MUCH better place Last edited by Panther6834; 11-06-2019 at 12:51 PM. |

1. Who quoted who? Not trying to start an argument but you should really try and reread what you wrote because whatever it was you were trying to convey wasn’t how it was received and came off rather condescending and implied I was making statements about the product that I never made. If you fail to understand that then let’s just leave it as it stands. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I see the confusion on that. The covers are made to hold the hangers which are made for specific 2.2 based wheels that the hangers are designed for. The covers can be used to attach other custom weights as they come to market or as a stand alone.

Understood. I was clear on the fact the there was no way the hangers would work on any 1.9s. I guess I also got the same impression on the portal covers since he mentions them with only 2.2s here and on the sales post. If they fit I’d be happy with just that small added weight plus I’m sure they will hold up better to blowing out than the plastic covers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

| Re: Krazed Builds Alcista I understood what you meant with the extra coin, no worries. Its tough with 1.9 wheels knowing what every ones clearance issues could be. Ill def shoot a picture up with stock hex and stock plastic wheel tonight. I do really enjoy when we launch a new part, the support is much appreciated from everyone. Thank you. |

Thanks I didn’t want you to think I was shitting on your post based off of someone else’s interpretation of what I wrote. That’s really where it left a bad taste for me since not once did I mention their cost or that they were priced too high. Great product, great price, absolutely appreciate the time and effort that went into developing them and thank you for bringing it to the community. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

| Re: Krazed Builds Alcista I have a spare Dremel, Robbob. I'll ship it to you! Maybe I'll have to get a set of these, keeping up with the Jones'es, axles.. So I can run some of your weights, with Aiden's Pink chassis! Sent from my moto z4 using Tapatalk |
