Spare parts? Regular broken parts?
 

I'm back to RC after 8 years and just bought a capra! I love it.

Witch part should I have in stock for my capra? What you broke often?

-Front universal axle
-Driveshaft
-axle plastic housing
-screw/pin for 12mm hex

I have been into Helis for the last 20 or so years the last land vehicle I owned was a Yeti XL so however long that’s been. I to really like the Capra too I purchased mine in mid April. I’m running a Holmes 16t expert motor at the moment. So no brushless power. I haven’t broke anything as of yet, maybe my wallet but it’s been really fun.

The Capra is pretty stout as-is. I wouldn't worry about anything until it breaks.

I've broken a top portal gear, that's it. I bought mine on preorder so I've had it since they were released, and I run it frequently, only technical crawling, no trail runs. Mine is brushless on 2.2"s so I wouldn't say it's necessarily an issue. I replaced it with an OEM part and it's been fine since and now I have a spare set (the $10 replacement part has enough gears for 1 axle.) I'm with Jato, just run it.


...oh, I did somehow manage to spit the center of the front driveshaft out without it being stripped or broken, so if you've got some WB8HD driveshaft parts (or just order AXI31114), I'd recommend putting a longer female portion in place of one of the shorter ones that come with the kit.

I was afraid because I also run it on 3S 2300KV with heavy wheels.
