Here is the latest from Axial

Who is jumping into the world of 1/18th? The Traxxas 1/18 TRX4 hype has piqued my interest

I like the looks of these smaller 1/18 scale. Looks like just the right size to have some fun indoor or outdoor!

I will be getting the TRX-4 1/18 the day it hits my LHS and I may have to get this new Axial when it is released.

Not sure if I'm all in for the Capra body, but I think if I get one, I'll find a different body to put on it. I wonder if them cheap Walmart remote control rigs have a similar sized body that can be used on this new Axial???!!??

No doubt, always nice to have more part options.

1/18 has my interest. I like the idea of smaller, but find 1/24 a bit on the wee side, both to work on and in performance

This does look interesting. Portal axles out of the box definitely sets it apart. A Holmes Hobbies Revolver 380 might be a cool motor option to stuff in there.

I saw a post on the GSpeed Chassis FB page that mentioned using these 1/18 axles under a new 1/18 scale set of CF GSpeed rails. I can see this happing now that Axial and Traxxas will both have axle options for that scale.

Same here! It is painful to look at! One of the reasons shy my 1/10 Capra cage is sitting on the shelf axleless!

Okay color me interested. Might have to look into this for my daughter. An SCX24 only gets her so far...

This is interesting. If I buy one, first thing I’ll do is remove the driver and passenger for better cog.

Was hoping this was more Losi MRC axle width but all they did was shave 30mm of width from the axles... man its a pain trying to find axles that don't need chopping after the MRC an the Temper Gen1 were discontinued I still have 2 more suzuki builds that need smaller axles (not spending 80 hours reprinting these things!)

So I ended up buying one of these things. It's cute but it needs something. Either 4 wheel steer, a dig, something. I'm thinking about mocking up some straight axles and getting rid of the portals. The little truck is so high and top heavy.

Finding small tires that mate well with the size is a pain. I've got some PB RB's in my shopping cart but not sure I want to invest $75 in tires for a "uni-tasker"

This thing Piqued my interest because of what Dlux Fab has in the works for these (shocks, knuckle weights and a new mini chassis) : https://dluxfab.ecwid.com/Mini-Capra...ial-c141961034

Finally they have been released in the UK, so I’ve ordered the Fox version and a set of Boom Racing Probuild beadlocks and Rock Beast tyres
