Well it seems as though my plans for x-mas time must be modified...was gonna get an scx10 and build a crawler for my daughter...and go nuts with my wraith, but the wraith will likely become the crawler now...this thing looks bad ass!

I dig the look of it. I was just thinking it was time for a Wraith, but this looks to be 90% of the direction I would have taken a Wraith in anyway.

And I was this close to tearing down my wraith and transfering the parts into a yeti. Now I'll never be able to decide!

If you type in rr10 into Tower's search function, you get nothing for the search. But the auto fill as you type rr10 shows A center cage, skid plate & transfer case specific to the rr10.

I hope it uses the 2 speed out of the yeti. That trans is the only thing I liked about the yeti lol

I like this new direction Axial is going for. Those KOH rigs are the only racing that gets me excited!

It looks proportionate to me. It also look like 1.9 wheels. What's throwing me off is the offset front axle. It's looks like its a AR60 but in SCX width. If that's the case I will be stoked for sure!

It's not. A 14+ inch wheelbase with an SCX track width would look hilarious and handle like poop. Plus, the ad states 2.2s and 11 inches wide

Nope ar60 and 2.2s for sure. They made the cage bigger than the wraith im assuming.

Agreed sir. What I would love to see is some sort of empirical measurement between the wraith versions and this. Maybe throw in an scx10 on 2.2s like I have. No matter what the final product looks like, it's great to see innovation and experimentation. I would love to see more of the same with the scx10 platform other than a different body and slightly longer links. I want different platforms, not just window dressings

Exactly what I was thinking. I wonder if I could just buy the chassis for this and Tear down my wraith and swap parts over on it and add some yeti trailing arms?

Here's a little bit better of a picture as far as color. Also, watch this video middle of the screen very top shelf.

Axial are often accused of over recycling parts or just re-bodying existing chassis.......
But if they're not sitting in a backroom with plans for this chassis with a shorter set of trailing arms, SCX10 axles & 1.9 wheels on it, they need their heads read.
