And flexible drinking straws for the Parker Pumper hoses..... While you're at it, time to upgrade the gps, that one isn't the new Lowrance touch screen model. The HDS-12 will only add $2350 to your build cost. You do realize you have opened Pandora's detail box, right? Lets see the tow/chase truck and trailer combo that supports your Bomber.

Took my Bomber up to the top of Hughes Mountain today.

Impressive!

Do yourself a favor, grab some long Traxxas 5525 rod ends and some shorter Traxxas 5347 rod ends. Replace the axial rod ends on the upper links of the rear with one of each flavor making the link a lil longer which clocks the rear pinion up to get the driveshaft up from harms way.

Broke the front driveshaft of mine today and lost the draglink to servo horn screw, luckily there are a few redundant screws on the bomber.

Nearly 1.5 hours crawling on a single charge.

Installed MIP driveshafts, Proline slash shocks front and rear, and Traxxas Jato/Revo rod ends in rear upper links. Good tip! The angle definitely looks better.

Then I hit the trails. I like to pretend I'm U4 racing haha.

Did the first important thing to my kit today...I ordered it!

Now I have to go back through the "don't build without these parts" posts.

your front links are all off the balls. Kept happening to me too, I added some o-rings to act as bushings and haven't had much problem since.

nice video love the slow motion stuff, wish I had a camera setup I'd have some nice shots!

And welcome to the forums! Look forward to more posts, start a build log thread if you haven't already.

I mostly rebuilt the suspension on my recently acquired RTR. New Vanquish Ti steering links went on last night, suspension links, S1 kit, and rear axles today.
I've decided to shorten the rear end with the 10-piece kit (2 extra lowers, yay). I have JEC SS Wraith-length trailing arms and JEC anti-roll bar along with their fuel cell/shock mounts on the way.
I took a nod from angrchair (I've been lurking for a little while) and put o-rings on the steel pivot balls to help with the slop.

Gonna have to get me some orings! The rod ends are constantly popping off the balls. I shamelessly copied your fire extinguisher, haha. Also painted my pilot and copilot heads and the lid of the fuel thing this week.

Had the day off, hit the trails again. The video was captured and edited on my iphone, camera setup not necessary

no shame in copying my fire extinguisher, the real Bomber runs one.

I run the blue primary and green secondary spring up front, what primary are you running in the front, you don't say in your video?

also I switched to the red secondary in the rear, I found the yellow to be too soft, but my bomber weighs 10 pounds so our setups aren't the same anyway.

I was using green primary and secondary in front and yellow primary and secondary in the rear to start off with. I think I want to soften up my front and stiffen up the rear. I'm going to be switching to green primary/blue secondary in front and red primary/yellow secondary in rear and see what that does.

Switching springs around, tuning my shocks I guess. Went on another trail run. Lots of slo-mo!
