They're the TJRC arms, I mistyped. I think I got the last set a few days ago. Durability testing for sure, I'm not exactly nice to my toy cars.

Installed the TJ RC delrin trailing arms. Threads for the 4mm screws are cut on both ends, fairly coarse. You can thread the screws in by hand, we'll see how that goes. The front end bottoms out, then you screw the Revo end on, on the rear the threads extend in to the shock cavity... You have to run the screw in to the revo end first, then screw that in to the link. I would like the link threads to have a bit more interference, but I guess they can't go anywhere. The center shock hole is not there, just one at the front and one at the rear. Pinned to the VP arms and drilled, maybe they'll snap in half at my new hole and we'll find out why they were omitted Ready to roll. Snow bash session at lunch, let's see how they hold up |

Definitely curious how they hold up. I remember seeing someone having delrin TA on a yeti, and didn't last. But pretty sure they didn't have french ends so they buckled.

I wonder if running the kit TA plates or aftermarket plates on each side of the TA would strengthen it at all. https://www.amainhobbies.com/st-raci...1245gm/p536888 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Finally got around to buying a leather punch, vented my tires. Spare still sealed.. kinda like how it gives a little bump/rebound on vertical situations. |

Three some SSD trailing arms on, since the plastic ones were starting to crack. Also flipped my spare tire mount around. Cleaned up and organized the work area some too. |

Samix Balls The slot for the front link measures 7.70mm, slip right in and much much better. The rear slot is 7.30mm, gotta clearance things a bit. Last edited by maslin; 02-08-2017 at 12:03 PM.

Installed the VP HD truss and servo mounts. The parts are beautiful; really liking the black / silver theme for this truck. The champagne colored axial links might go next. I had to adjust the link lengths slightly to square up the diffs, but not a big deal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Sweet! Those wheels are bad ass. They need to make them compatible with Proline though.

Definitely can't argue with the bad ass part. They're beautifully made & I'm very excited to have them -- would recommend these wheels to anyone! The "lockerz" hubs have also held the wheels (so far) without locktight under a 3500 kV motor on 3s. They look awesome and are a great deal. I haven't tried mounting Proline tires, although my impression is that Proline tires require Proline-specific wheels? The TSS wheels do an awesome job holding the stock Axial kit tires that I've used so far. I have pre-mounted (meaning glued) Proline Badlands on my nitro Slash & have really enjoyed them. I used oversized versions relative to the stock tires & this improved the handling / stance IMO. Can make beautiful rooster tails, but cornering, etc also solid. Would be great to use Proline tires on the Bomber also ... although Rock Beasts may be the next ones I try! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Last edited by Thloftus; 02-26-2017 at 09:46 PM.
