Hot Racing RRT30U01 Aluminum Rear upper shock mount problem
 

I am doing a ground up RR10 rebuild but ran in to a problem with the Hot Racing rear upper shock mounts. I have contacted the great people over at St.LouisRC over the issue and it looks to be all stock they have is the same.

The issue is that the setscrews are threaded in the opposite direction so the setscrew don`t hold the shock balls stable.
We are thinking this was a manufacture run error and contacted HR about it but we also wanted to see what others with this part had this issue or if they thread strait thru for you.

I just ordered another from the other side of the planet to compare as this looks to be a rare item on Bombers and no one knows the answer.

I will post my findings when I get them in.

I have three RR10's I wish to use the parts on, Thank you Sir for your posts on this matter, haven't ordered because you posted the issue..
