|  Holmes PP3500 and 11T Pinion?
Currently running the Holmes PP3500 with stock tranny and 10T pinion. Thinking about going to 11T...any issues with this and heat?

Once upon a time, when someone asked about gearing a Puller Pro in a Wraith, Mr. Holmes said something along the line of "run whatever gearing you want, you will meltdown your ESC long before hurting the motor." That is the advise I follow.  |

3500kv 14t for me. Been running nice and hot for a year or two now.

running a 12 tooth on my pp xl 3500kv with no problems. crawls pretty good and goes fast too on 3s.

I'd just buy a 4s battery and use that or 3s depending on the days activities. To answer your question, no, 11t will not cause any issues. I've ran 12t and 13t without issue and Maslin has ran 14t for a while so I'm confident you'll be fine.
