Default 1.9 bomber with scx10 axles

Just received my new Bomber yesterday. I'm going a different route with my bomber don't know if it's going to work but I'm going to give it a shot!

I did not even test drive the bomber. I'm already disassembling the bomber!

It's coming along well. I had to use the original Bomber drive shaft for the rear, the front drive shaft I used my scx10 shaft.

How to remove some extra plastic on the front bumper so the servo would move up and down freely.

Can you get a measurement of the track width from the outside of the tires before and after?

The setup has been complete. Now I'm going to have to make some adjustments I was very pleased with the way it performed.

I have already ordered some Flatiron XL tires. The tires that I'm currently running or the pit bulls which are too small going with a bigger tire to see if it gives it a different look.

The XR width mod would go perfectly with those Flat Iron XLs you ordered.

I bet the Rc4wd Wildpeak A/Ts would look awesome on this!

I had been wondering about a 1.9 RR10 myself... Thanks for the pics! Please post a side profile, once you get the XL's on there...

Yes will sixtyspoke.

I got this in the mail today. I don't know if I'm going to use this setup. Happy with my ae-5 ecs, 21 trun motor.

That setup runs great on 3s. . Looking good, but maybe shorten the wb a bit? What's the wb now?

Been busy with other thing but made time for my bomber. I have installed the VTR234009 VATERRA Rear Lower Track Rods. Need to mount my 1.9 tires on my 2.2 wheels.

There you go, Twin Hammers length arms are definitely the way to go for a more scale build. Makes the Bomber crawl much better too. The new wheel and tire combo looks sweet too. Good work man, keep it going.

Did you use scx10 length links? Love this idea. May have to get a cage and skid and redo my scx10!

The front links are from a scx10 kit that I had extra. The rear lower are from a vattera twin hammer but the upper links are custom made.

I just noticed, that rear pinion angle could use some adjustment. Wraith uppers might do the trick. That's what I'm using with my TH length DLux TAs.
