I'm going to be mounting GearHead RC 4" lightbars, one on my DMG aluminum roof panel with the included tubular steel lightbar guard - and another U4-style KOH lightbar facing rearward. Unfortunately I have no pics yet, because my Bomber is temporarily set up with a T-Bone Racing Delrin basher roof panel. When I fix some other issues and this Bomber gets rebuilt, that's when I'll be mounting it up. I will say that the DMG roof is a great idea if you plan on running a front roof-mounted lightbar as it's already drilled for mounting one, and the guard protects the bar. Also, the GearHead RC bars are waterproof, bright, and plug directly in the reciever - I got a splitter to power both. Here's the rear KOH light: ![]() |

MadDogRC 4" light bar up front. Where it is mounted you need to trim the hood so it can still open. I mounted it there because I tend to crash a lot. Its protected in this spot You can also see the backside of the MadDogRC KOH light bar under the rear roof line BTW, kit shocks have been replaced with powerstrokes. ![]() |

| ![]() ^^^ But, if you got a HeyOK controller, you can make any lights do practically anything... And if he doesn't already make one that suits you, contact him and he can do custom work! https://www.freewebstore.org/heyok-p...3_1588137.aspx ![]() |

The GearHeads unfortunately will not allow separating the colors in such a fashion... But I was OK with a simpler setup. I likely won't have them on any controller at all, just on all the time. I'll admit my rig isn't going to be very complex - no interior or 2 speed transmission, either. |

I cut the sides of the exo mount until it went under the rear of the cage. Then i drilled and bolted the exo mount to the rear of the roof bracket. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Jboucher; 08-07-2018 at 04:37 PM. |

I made this setup. The front leds fit in a holder that installs behind the front bumper. The rear lights works w my custom roof panel that include a spoiler. It’s low profile and emits a nice solid red light like newer tail lights have. If there’s any interest I could make a setup for others as well. The front lights are stupid bright on 3s. 2s was lame. It lights up the front wall on a 53ft semi trailer. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I have a Onetoomanyrcs light bar and some home brew headlights made from some 12v 194 car bulbs in 3D printed housings. I'm going to print more and mount them underneath for rock lights. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
