If you look a the last picture in post #18, you can see the bolts of the radiator go directly into the cross members of the cage. That was the easiest way with decent results I could come up with without making a bracket.

Switched to Pit Bull Rock Beast II tires, with Crawler Innovations Comp Inner Med outer up front, and Comp Inner Firm Outer foams in rear.
Was using the ProLine Flat Iron XL on Crawler Innovations Deuces Wild Single Stage foams. The Flat Irons are great for grass, hard packed surface and speed.
The Pit Bulls give up some sidewall support, but gain so much more traction. They are awesome tires for trails; rocks, roots, loose dirt...love em!
