Default Stock bomber Electronics issues, need advice

I've got a stock bomber RTR and the radio and receiver keep coming unpaired. Should I just invest in a new set of electronics? If so, what are your suggestions for something mid-grade. Not trying to break the bank but I am also very tired of this problem..

FlySky GT3C - comes with a USB-rechargeable battery (no more AA batteries!) and a lanyard loop, receivers are super-inexpensive so you can buy them for your other vehicles (the programmable radio can store 10 models).

My Bomber and my Ascender work great with my GT3C.

RTR also known as Ready to Replace

Get a hobbywing 1080, a trailmaster Sport 550 21T, a good 400oz servo and any receiver you like (Tactic TR325 should bind the stock Radio). I personally use a Radiolink RC4GS from China, 50$.

You will thank us later when you are done having fun

Axial electronics are the worst of the worst.

What's your budget?

The rig actually belongs to a buddy of mine and it is his kids. I just hate to see the kids face sad because his truck doesn't work. Dad is frustrated cause he spent decent money on the bomber and now it keeps failing for him. I am looking for a decent set of electronics to get this rig running for his son. I don't have tons of money but I can afford some amazon stuff here and there for it.

I am going to get a simple 2 ch Spektrum set for his so he has something a little better than stock.

Thanks for the advice y'all.

Maybe the USA it's different but in Canada spektrum is OVERPRICED crap...

I would suggest a tactic TR325 receiver. It should bind to the RTR radio.

You will not find a better price to quality ratio with the hobbywing 1080 and Holmes 550 21T.

You could get away with a cheaper servo, like the powerHD from Amazon. The 20kg blue is waterproof.

This will blow their mind compared to the RTR and should cost under 100$ I think.
