Various stages of mine.

Currently:

20190202_095747 by MAC FAB, on Flickr

Prior version:

20181013_173200 by MAC FAB, on Flickr

Then there was the beginning, when I started the re-invention of the wheel:

I find it interesting that every rig pictured in this thread looks signifigantly different, yet are still the same model. Grimm, your pics required a double take. Barndog hooked you up.

With several people making panels, it's hard not to step on toes, but these are what I came up with...

The left one is the Harley Wraith panel, IIRC. The right is the Bomber.

Came out like this.
Those templates are exactly what I’ve been looking for, thanks!

My wife has a Cricut machine, I’m trying to figure out how to use it so I can cut out some vinyl for my bomber. That thing can cut some impressive designs and materials, I just have no clue how to make it work!

Those were copied to scale on a Silhouette Cameo. Should be as simple as scaling the 1” square to size and cut it out. Oversize your vinyl 1/8-1/4” so that you can wrap it underneath when applying.

Thanks for the tip on oversizing. Hopefully I can figure out how to get that template into the Cricut software so I can play with it. I’ll post pics of I ever get it to work.

I’m not sure on the Cricut, but the Cameo I can simply scan a file or use a good straight on picture then it’ll copy the dark lines into a new file for cutting.

Any once again, awesome looking rig Mletchworth!

Couple questions- any idea what the XL panels weigh? I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with the panels on mine, wrap in vinyl, leave alone, replace with ??

Any problems mounting them up? Looks like you have to drill a few new holes?

Thanks!

Thanks buddy! Yeah you have to drill holes for the triangle panels only. They are pretty lightweight. I would guess about the same as plastic with vinyl wrap but possibly even lighter.

I know barndog is the go-to panel guy here, and I will get a set of his some day... I just noticed that there are some Integy panels available. Not sure how long they have been around as I haven't been looking for them (popped up in my search for something else), anyone have them or use them?
