Default Wild boar hd ,info please

I am asking this on the Bomber section because I know the Bomber uses the W8B HD shafts.
Can I ask what the difference is between early shafts and the W8B HD?

These are the ax 31114, I ask because my kit (not a Bomber) shows W8B in the manual BUT the kit came with AX 31586. Box was sealed and bags sealed. Wanted to know the difference between the shafts if any before I take it furher .

The newer shafts use larger through pins, and dont pretzel easily. Pretty decent shafts really. The original wils bores were pins and pretzelled easily.

When you sat through pins, is that the male splined piece?

No, though pins meaning the small allen headed pins that hold the driveshaft to the axle/trans.
