I'll probably regret NOT buying the Bomber, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it since I have sooooo many unfinished projects. To make matters worse, I happened to be at the "local" hobby shop (45 minutes away, but I try to stop by before my monthly motorcycle club meeting) and they didn't have one in stock, but the owner said he'd make me the same deal ($230 off) on the KOH special edition he did have in stock. Yep, already questioning/regretting my decision.

I've had my eye on the Bomber for years, but I too won't be dropping the $250 to score one now.

But I know that at some point in the not-too-distant future I too will likely regret that.

Especially once they're discontinued and hard to get.

Ever since I missed the boat on the umg10 kits, I’ve been more tempted by the bomber and the wraith 1.9. And it’s looking like I may have missed out on the wraith 1.9 now.

I caved and bought the Savvy bomber as well. Already have a kit bomber and a wraith...

The price was too good. Even if you use it for parts, part it out, or a loaner rig to someone. The Radio and receiver is the same as the sale they have for $99.99

I am wondering though. A sale that big are they discontinuing the Bomber?

That was a blazing fast stock reduction! Haven't seen a sale like that in awhile. I ordered through SmallAddictionsRC, yesterday afternoon. They're now out of Bombers, as well. I would imagine that some LHS's might have some stock, and will honor the sale price until close of business today, 4/08.

Amain was sold out of Savvy bombers yesterday. Said it will ship Mon or Tue most likely. Don't let the not in stock slow you down. lol

This is my plan.
I grabbed one that was in stock, two more that are on backorder, as well as a V100 Camaro and an FMS K10.

Most will be for sale locally in the near future.

Just a heads up to all that ordered anything that was backordered. I contacted Horizon today just to see when their shipment would be coming in and was told they grossly underestimated the amount of Bombers that would be sold, as well as other sale items.

They are not expecting to ship my Bomber out till sometime in June... Not real pleased about that.

Here's to hoping for an earlier arrival.

Thanks for the heads up. Did you order directly through horizon?

I ordered through amain and initially their site said it would be available by the 10th. Haven’t gotten an update yet, so I had suspicions maybe they over sold.

For the price, I can be patient I think.

Yes, I ordered directly through Horizon because their shipping was $10.99 to $17.99, where as Amain wanted $63 and some change.

Agreed, for the price, I will be content with waiting, just not pleased about it...

If it will be delayed, that'll be fine with me. I'll start buying the upgrades for it and put them with the VP Sway Bar I already have.
