All the links will be gray anodized. Bender is using red since it has become his signature color around the office.

Thanks,
Axial

You don't have the run the fake reservoir shock caps if you don't want to, the kit also includes standard shock caps on the parts tree.

Got the radio box installed. I also decided to try the optional mounting location for the battery tray out front. It'll bolt right up over the radio box using the standoffs supplied in the kit, keeping more weight on the front tires.

as an owner of two AX-10's I really like this but wish gray or black anodized beadlock rings came with the kit... But, I guess it's nothing a can of easy off couldn't fix...

but seriously I think getting rid of the green rings would be a positive change. I know a lot of people I comp with at NCRCC all say it's cool except you still have to deal with the green....

just my opinion... I will still be getting one..... Thanks Axial for the awesome products...

That's a cool looking chassis, I think it looks great with the red links. Will that tranny plate bolt up to AX10 chassis.

Any word on if the frame kit is going to be sold separately? Because that would be awesome.

All I can say is that it is one gorgoues chassis............:sh ock:

And for all of you guys that complain about it being green, you should be thankful it isn't purple like most of the stock aluminum parts for the RC's from HPI.

Not sure yet, I'll find out and let ya know.

Shot a few more pics of the scale build. You can see how much narrower the new 12mm hexes are compared to the AX10 kit hexes. Also took a few pics of the new Pro-Line 1.9 Flatirons. Overall width sits right at 9" with our axles, new hexes, new 1.9 beadlock wheels, and the PL tires.

Here's a shot of the new 1.9 Flatirons beside the 1.9 Rock Crushers. The new Axial 1.9 beadlocks hold both tires perfectly, no way you're pulling tire beads out with these wheels.

SIGN ME UP....I convinced myself to just focus on my AX10 and hold off on the SCX10...I just don't know if I can.

Looks awesome Brad, love how you can mount the battery tray up front. Gotta love all the though that went into this truck, realism and performance. Those narrowed up hexes are saweet as well as the pro-lines.

Looking forward to seeing more
