Guys, during the install of the knuckles on the front axle, I noticed that 1 seemed to be harder to move back in forth. The other one would sway freely after being tightened, but this 1 in question seems like it is overly tight/binding some how. Is this a problem? This is my first build so bare with me. This is probably a stupid question but what is the trick to getting the little swivel thingys that fit into linkage ends/shock ends into place (part 8001 Thanks... Jamer

Back off the knuckle bolts a smidge so there is no binding, and you can use a pair of pliers to pop the balls in the rodends

Yeah, I tried that, backing them all the way out, part way out, took it off and back on an its still the same, with the screws no-where near being tight...

Does the axial have a left and right side hub/knuckle ? If so are yours reversed. I have built/rebuilt a couple of them but dont recall if there is a side specific situation....(oldtimers memeory)

If they aren't left/right specific just sand/file down which ever is slightly tight. | |
