Hey all.. I've searched through the 9000 different fj cruiser body related threads and did not find an answer.. probably because this is so new. My question is, Anyone know WHICH fj cruiser body will be a good match up for the scx-10? I don't have a clue which one will fit over the wheelbase.. Nikko, new bright, etc... Even though my 1:1 doesn't have a solid axle, i'd like to at least make the body a copy. Thanks!

Any of the 1:10th scale bodies should work. I think the New Bright is a little bit bigger than the Nikko though, so it works a little better.

the Nikko is the best execution IMO. looks the most realistic, and the WB is close enough to pull off with the SCX-10. it's right around 10.5-10.75". just run some slightly shorter links... or cut the body up and run the WB as is. my UA FJ has a WB a little over 11.25", but the body is cut for it.

Just to confirm what 4RunnerKid said, my cousin runs a Nikko cruiser on his rig and i tried it on my scx earlier today. From what i could tell, it did come up short on the wheelbase by about an inch.
