Very Sweet Work. I have been studying this thread so as to gain valuable knowledge. You are a scale modeler to high a degree! Am I confused or what but I cant seem to find the Mod where you moved the steering servo off the axil. Steve up in Ottawa Canada - I am building a similar scale truck (SCX10 Kit in Mail) that will pull a trailer (I have a nice Whitebone) with a Fast Electic Boat (already built and running) and have the ability to off load the boat in lake which takes off for a run. All this while sitting on the deck of the Boathouse at the lake!

Time for some updates!! I have been waiting until I got a few things together to sit down and make a bunch of changes. Huge thanks to 62PYRO for the winch stickers and the fresh new rings Also would like to thank Pro-Line for all these great new scale products. I was waiting a long time for the Blazer CGR and its finally here. Still havent decided on the color scheme but I cant wait! List of changes: Pro-Line Blazer CGR body (The full interior is AMAZING) Pro-Line Roof Rack Pro-Line G8 Flat Irons 62PYRO Rock Rings Axial Spare wheel Axial 4-link plate for the rear Mod the front axle for more steering So here are a few before pics: New parts When I first saw the rings they looked great. I decided to add a little more depth to them. |

Awesome, Awesome build. I can't wait to see the new updates. Those chamfered edges on the new rings really set it off! |

The yellow one is a blazer, sorry I dont have any better pics but the SCX10 with the longer wheelbase and this body looked great! Thought this was cool too. 1.9's stretched over Pro-Line 2.2 8 shooters |

Started stretching the WB last night. I used the Axial 4 Link plate and moved the lower links to the uppers. Found some old (savage I think) links that were perfect for the lowers. Now that the WB was corrected I wanted to increase the center clearance. I cut the ends off an AX10 chassis and used them for some temporary adjustable shock mounts in the rear. I will make some new ones soon. Here is an overall shot with the rear raised. Still need to do the front. Couldnt help but trim the body and check it out Cage and Roof Rack finish it off! |
