Default 6victor6's SCX

Hey all.. Snooped around here forever and decided to finally post something..

I picked up a SCX10 from RPP.. (awesome service!!) .. Anyway the steel frame got me pretty wound up to fire up the torch and do a little brazing... and this is the first of several projects and mods I have in mind for the truck..

They are pre-existing holes... If you look closely in the top pic you can see the mounting locations on the frame..(its out of focus.. sorry, but you get the idea) I brazed nuts to the frame so I don't have to fumble around with 'em.

After reading the brazing how to and now seeing that awesome bumper I think I may have to try my hand at it.

Yeah.. give it a shot.. It's a lot of fun and it's pretty easy to get the hang of.

Are there any more progress pics yet? You and a couple of other awesome builds are the reason I may pick this kit up

The frame is done.. I think.. But I got it far enough along I figured I ought to build the rest and see if I need to make any changes.. So here's where it's at now.
