Maxxxmasher's beat-up Bronco SCX - lovin' this truck! I've had my eyes on this since it came out. I finally got one! I was going to do a build thread, but we've all seen how it all goes together by now. Besides, I got the truck on Thursday and I had to have it all complete by Sunday morning and ready to trail run with my buddy. Oh yeah, I had to work Friday and host a comp at my store on Saturday. A lot of midnight oil burning and a few cans of Monster this is what I came up with... SCX kit - with AX-10 shocks drooped and swapping the battery mount Parma Bronco body - dents made with torch Pro-line lights, rack, and scale accessories Novak 45T motor Traxxas XL-5 Spektrum 3-channel receiver - Slash receiver box MaxAmps 4700 NiMh Battery Traxxas 2070 Waterproof servo New Brite mirrors and stereo components Parsec car interior Adding Western bumpers, headlights, snorkel, and putting LED's in the Proline lights http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x...s/101_2372.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x...s/101_2374.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x...s/101_2381.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x...s/101_2379.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x...s/101_2390.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x...s/101_2405.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x...s/101_2382.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x...s/101_2398.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x...s/101_2407.jpg |
You even got fold away mirrors, sweet! I think my stock axial body would give you a run for your money though. I've almost got one fender tore off the thing! I like the torch idea for a beater body, looks authentic. |
nota ford guy, but thats a cool lookin rig!!! "thumbsup" |
Very cool. Not a fan of the green beadlocks, but other then that I really like it. |
you running droop with ax10 shocks, i did ax10 shocks with mine and rc10 springs |
That's the best I've seen the Parma Bronco look.Hides all the flaws.:lmao: Just for the record,I'm a Bronco fan.I just hate that body due to the flaws. |
