Default Brandon's SCX10 Trail Ranger Build

I have been having such a good time with my SCX10 Blazer that I decided I wanted to build another one . This time I will be adding some more detail to the build and hopefully do some tube work.

I will be posting updates in this thread, but for more detailed pictures and instructions on how I did most of the work check out Axial's Blog: Axial Blog

The first part of the build can be seen here: Brandon's SCX10 Trail Ranger

I wont share any pics of the SCX10 Build process, its stock for now. I added Axial's aluminum shocks. I want to pick up another set for the blazer now. They are much nicer than the plastic versions!

The Axial Trail Ranger body fit perfectly and the Styrene work began.

Keep an eye on the Axial blog for updates. I will do my best to update this thread as well

No problem Brian, its too much fun to resist. I love having more than one scaler to share for others to enjoy.

Depending on where in "The OC" you are, you should come to Corona Del Mar on Wednesday nights.

Usually just scalers (that's all I own), but some people bring the 2.2 comps out to play.

Nice job! The more I see these bodies the more I like them. Nice work on the rear bed and tool box.

Yup I moved right after WCC. Decided to take a job down here and I am not regretting it at all. I think beautiful Manteca is 100+ today. Glad I got out of that

Finished the paint on the Trail Ranger body. Painted on the outside with black accents.

Here are a few quick pictures. Be sure to check out Axial's Blog for more details on the paint process
