You could always buy a star to the site and then you would really be a rock star

I need to have someone else build me a truck so i can have something detailed... I would have already been driving this thing...

So the pirate is here!!!
First I would like to thank the Zorlac of DMG it is perfect I got a few pictures of it built. I have Traxxas Big Bore Shocks on for now. They are to long so I think the Pro-Line PowerStroke Scaler Shocks will be just right for ride height. I also need to get some portals to help with gear reduction and spread out the tracking. Here are a few pictures I took. I plan on getting some trail shots later today.

wow that looks narrow...
Not to nit pick but, take some sand paper to that molding/cut line down the center and clean it up. You've got a nice looking truck, might as well go all the way.

You must have had a hard time reading the post directly above yours where he talked about addressing that....

I was actually referring to the body not the wb The tall skinny tires give an illusion of it being a very narrow rig and tall

The 1.1 has a narrow body. Once I put the Pro-Line PowerStroke Scaler Shocks
the body will lower. The portals should spread out the rig to help look like the 1.1 wheel base. I didn't now how far I would need to spread out the wheel base. Now that it is in my hands I can do the stuff I need to complete the rig. But I am sure I will never be done with this one.

JR's 1.1

be careful which portals you buy, do your research. There is a version out there that have some pretty good issues but, don't ask me which ones

Looking very nice!! The only criticism I would make is that you should spray some satin black on it instead of the flat black. Regardless, though, it's looking great!!

Thanks. I think Flat works. I need to get the flames and other stickers done.
I am sure this body will be getting more work done.

I took the pirate a on is first run. The weight of the rig does really well off-road. But I did find the first weak spot. I broke two Output drive shaft.:-(
