| What bodies fit the SCS10 with the least work?
I have been looking at the Parma 80s chevy blazer, the ramcharger (the full cab one, not the rollcaged one) and a couple other truck bodies. I want it to look pretty scale as far as how far the wheels stick out and such, and hopefully the wheelbase is pretty close to dead on with no wheelbase changes to the truck itself. Is there anything like this? Or am I going to be stuck buying non scale looking adjustable arms? I dont want to have to buy arms, and I think the plastic arms look better anyway. So if there are any bodies with the correct width and wheelbase, I would love to go that way. What all is out there? |

do a quick search on the builds here to check on those, its not so hard to alter the wheelbase and if you dont like aluminum you could always go delrin tubes and DIY. anybody into rc- more so scalers, should have the necessary skills and tools to be in it. dont limit your enjoyment of the hobby. GL

If Pro-Line would put the wheelbase and dimensions back up on their website, questions like this could be answered very quickly and easily. Anyone know why they did that with the latest re-design? For the most part, the Parma website shows the wheelbase and dimensions. IIRC the SCX10 is an 11.4 wheelbase, so get as close to that as you can and you should be good. I'm not quite sure on the width. |

The HPI Defender is a perfect fit with no mods The Tamiya F-350 has the perfect wheelbase, the tires stick out a little but still looks good IMO, You do have to make body mounts for this body |
