Default Stock Honcho Tires/Foams/Wheel Help.

What is everyone doing with their tire foams. Are you guys cutting them down in any way? What about the tires or wheels should I cut holes into the tires or rims? Also what about wheel weights, how much should I put on the front and back?

All I did to my wheels is drill two 1/8" holes in each one. The foams/tires are stock and I didn't add any weight.
