Default Possibly a silly question, but...

Has anyone ever done an IFS SCX-10?

I'm thinking about it for an H2 build once my H3's complete..I'm a sucker for scale suspension setups (Or semi-scale at least), and I was thinking of going the SCX-10 route and possibly fitting an IFS from either a touring car or possibly a T/EMaxx. Just looking for ideas, and wanting to see if anyone's done it yet!

I know. I'm out of my mind.

I hear the 1/16th E-Revo's front diff has the same gearing as the SCX10 axles..Hmm..That gives me ideas.

1/16th E-Revo diff, bulkheads and front skid bolted to the SCX10 rails with a pair of arms off of something to give it the same width as the SCX10's axles..Could still use the SCX's trans..Hm..

It's coming together in my head..Lol.

I think it could be done with some trial and error. If you take your time and work through it the build would be awesome for sure.

Don't worry, you aren't alone, I'm thinking of doing the same thing later on down the road with a prerunner build.
