Packing the diffs with marine grease?
 
Is it ok to pack the whole diff front and back..also the gearbox to waterproof them?

Yes I did it with mine. Works beautifully and keeps the dirt build up out that comes from mudding and running in dirty water.

didnt use marine, but I used arctic grease. Almost the same thing.

i use lithium grease in mine but i dont pack it that full but i probly will next time i relube my rig

Its what i use and it works great keeps sand and mud from getting in there and grinding up your gear set.Its a little messy but make sure you pack both sides then when you put it together its gonna go everywhere but pack it back in because the more you have in the axle the less chances of water or dirt getting in

Just did both my diffs packed it with castrol marine lithium based grease... So smooth took in the beach still sweet..awesome..also replaced all my bearings while I was at it..so every when do you guys rebuild your diff?

It has Teflon, is waterproof and stays in place even at 30,000 rpms
