no, BB's and star cut foams are terrible! use lead stick on weights or lead wire or "rope" leave the foams alone on a scale, dont vent the wheels if it sees water

remove the bump stops from your socks
LOWER YOU BATTERY TRAY
4-link the rear
a good motor, 35t (i use a hand wound HH 30t)
and if your lookin at a good tire advantage id get Rok Loks taller and better on the rocks in general IMO
