Default Upgrading 2.2 tsl need help with wheel choice

looking to go to 2.2 super swampers and im not changing shocks yet, thinking of proline titus have them in 1.9 and am happy but also considering the axial rockster beadlock ax8095 what do i need to consider? width of wheel? any advice before i order would be great. If i do need shocks i was looking at rc4wd ultimate scalers 110 mm the internal spring only is this a good choice?

hey matey..

I went the 2.2's on the rockster's and think its a pretty sweet outcome, word of warning thou, with the body up to the utmost point on the front mounts, it WILL still scrub..and the front bar will need to be removed.. will also stall the stock ESC ALOT quicker than what it does with the 1.9's(if your running the TR elecs)

Other than that.. its a wicked wicked step up in rubber! the TSL's are MAD. grip like diarrhea to a clean sheet ;)
Shock wise, I think,(and from what I can gather from the reading iv done) the rc4wd internals -http://store.rc4wd.com/The-Ultimate-Scale-Shocks-110mm-Silver-_p_1055.html -would be sweet, Iv been looking at either the G-transitions in the 90mm droop-http://store.rc4wd.com/Gmade-G-Transition-Shock-Red-90mm-for-110-Crawler-Truck-4_p_900.html -or the 100mm scales.. -http://store.rc4wd.com/Scale-100mm-Black-Shocks-with-Internal-Springs-2x_p_906.html - as im pretty sure I got a bent front shaft on the stockers.. (one to many hard roll overs) just yet to decide which way to go...

some pics to show the overall size of the TSL's comapred to some losi 2.2's n the SCX's 1.9 irons..

Dont pay attention to the front shocks on it atm, or how flat the fronts are sitting, tried it foamless for an outing, and while they formed awesome over the rough, they tended to get flat spots wayyy to quickly.. both have been changed since pics taken..

Hope its shed some light on your dilema! Keep us posted!
