Looks like a perfect wheelbase match.. Did You have to extend or shorten the lowers to make it work?
I have T and E maxx bodies all over the place.. lol

What do you guys think?

Nice colors!

Very nice. Is this the revo body?
I might go this route for a permanent body, to match the 1:1.

Well hoping to start on the raptor body. Finally decided since I'll never get a slash anyways.

Just need the ends to extend wb to 12.3".
This will be a scale of my fullsize, with bedlights and a center black vinyl matte hood for extras!

Will be cleaning up the edges with the dremel first, and then finding some "ford blue flame" or similar paint.

Finally getting some paint on her. Taking my time. Bit of bleed I have to clean, but turning out great. Might leave the hood gloss, but would like the matte finish.

May be an old thread, but I just ordered these tires and the same raptor body for a new scx10 build. I'm a nonconformist and can't do the jeep thing! Glad I came upon this. Looks like the tires fill the wheel wells nicely, I was worried how things were going to turn out. Even though everyone I wheel with will be giving me grief, I still think this is better looking than just another jeep.

It would be nice to see an update on this rig?...

Nice Ford Raptor. It tripped me out for a sec. I thought it was silver and it was a reflection, then I realized it was clear. I think it is time for bed. haha

I chose the Proline F-250 cab with a SMF rear tube. The fit was excellent, the body sits right on top of the Tough Armor bumper,
no need for drilling out the hood, just use a servo mount in front
to screw the body down. Its fresh out of the paint shop, the color
is cobalt blue, its a two part paint, and it changes color as the light
hits it. Sorry, no decals yet, but I'm not going overboard with them

Woops, forgot to show the back end. The paint shop boys blacked out around the bottom, even in the back. The SMF chassis has nice curved lines that compliment the lines of the Ford body, they do a good job.

I use the F350 hard body on my scx10 just bought parts to put out leaf springs in the back going more scale of a look. This is with my snow plow on that I made. It's a plow/toe rig. Still a work in progress. Currently using velcro for mounting it.
