| Any tips or tricks....
Hey everyone, I recently started a Honcho kit and am kind of wondering what little mods or tricks I can do along the way of building it. I'm not that far into it so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I will be taking it in some water but not too deep and probably some mud too.

This section of the forum has so much info in it as far as what your looking for its not even funny...ive had my SCX10 for over a year...almost two now and Im STILL learning new stuff . The first, easy mods are to skip the rubber bump stops when building the shocks, keep the battery as LOW as you can and to the front and put some weight in the wheels, keep the fronts heavier than the backs. Do everything you can to mount the body as low as possible and trim the body for wheel clearance. Put good elec. in it and then go learn to drive it! Itll be a blast outta the box but can be rediculously capable with some small tweaks. Matt |
