Default Sorta New

Im kinda new to this site and crawling. I use my brother's Losi 1/18 scale crawler and his new Axial SCX-10 sometimes. And I'm getting a new
Dingo for Christmas. Any useful tips someone could kindly give me?

Welcome to RCC.

About the best thing you can do before you get the truck is sit here and read a few build threads, or any that seem intresting. Gather info, I have a note pad next to my keyboard, I write down part numbers, and tips that may help me with my builds.
After you get the truck and drive it stock, then you can start to do a few mods here and there and see where it takes you.

Welcome to crawling/scaling! I got the tr honcho and I started with cosmetic mods, which is ok, but if you are looking for preformance on a dingo, I would look into some sort of shock upgrade, something that lifts the frame, but also gives you sweet flex. My buddy got the dingo tr and that compared to my honcho tr, I can go where he wouldn't dare. I get more suspention travel, more flex, higher ground clearance. And both of these rigs are stock when it comes to suspention. Other than that, the dingo is fine. Good luck and have fun!
